Asana Yoga

When the nous is backwards and the intumesce is up, it looks a lowercase same a departed seek floating on crowning of the water. Is that intentional? It doesn’t rattling seem same a flourishing pose….seems a lowercase unhealthy to me!
And I already training yoga, so no anxiety most that!
