I’m 35 weeks pregnant and I’ve been doing this awesome pregnancy yoga DVD. Here’s the link:
This DVD has a prenatal workout as well as a postnatal workout for after you have your baby. I really love doing the yoga as I have not swollen one bit and I have not experienced ANY leg cramps. It also has moves that you do that will prepare you for when you get into labor. I’ve been doing this DVD since I was like 12 weeks pregnant and I can still do it now at 35 weeks. So this set is HIGHLY recommended.
I just noticed that Amazon has this DVD temporarily out of stock- but you may want to search other sites to see if they have this same DVD available. If not, I’m sure any other prenatal DVD should be alright- just read the reader recommendations before you buy as I have found that some of the DVDs APPEAR like they would be good, but the comments about it were not so good.
